Work sent me home in tears tonight. I swear, if I hear "That's not how we did it last year," one more time I am going to punch someone in the twat. Seriously, I wasn't hear last year, but I know for a fact that a lot of rules were not followed. So telling me you didn't do something last year is not a valid arguement. At all.
